Mazda 6 signature trim question
Any differences in the signature trims since 2018 to current year 2020? I'm debating between a 2020 and a 2018 signature both with under 60 miles(new). There is about a 5grand difference in price though. Not sure if it is worth the difference.
also, does the warranty start from the day the car is purchased or from the date of production?

2020 Signature Updates, mostly based on info I could find:
- New badges. The MAZDA6 badge on the trunk now has the font that is on the new Mazda 3/CX-30
- New FOB, carried over from the new Mazda 3
- Power folding mirrors, so they automatically fold in when locked or can folded from the driver-side window control panel.
- Potential increased reliability with it being 2 model-years after the heavy refresh, which was in 2018. My own 2018 Grand Touring Reserve has been very reliable after 28,000 miles so far, but it's something to note.
- EDIT: Almost forgot, according to the IIHS, the 2020 model will have tad better headlights. I personally love the headlights on my 2018, but the IIHS says that Mazda has updated the low beams to go even farther(probably for aim, as they are already plenty bright).
Warranty should be based on purchase date and mileage. Someone else should chime in on that.

I really appreciate that insight. That is extremely helpful as I couldn't find anything real definitive in the signature trim specifically for those years in what was different. Thanks again. I'm leaning toward the 2020 for sure but trying to convince the mrs. That its worth the extra money
