I've had my 2018 Gran Touring Sport for a month now and I love the car. I put Mazda Mobile Start into the deal when I bought the car because the dealership said they could install it that week. I noticed that the MMS website (https://www.mazdamobilestart.com/ove...patibility.jsp) does not list the 2018 6 model as compatible and brought this up at the time but they "checked with service" and said they could install it.
Since then I have been given the run around - "we have to order a part" "wait two weeks" and now "maybe at the end of August".
Am I being strung along by an uninformed service dept. or has anyone been able to get MMS installed in their 2018 6?

 

You are correct that the 2018 "6" is not currently supported.

If it was me I would get a refund from the dealer. You may decide to patiently wait..... There is no exact time frame this will be available.

 

I just talked to the accessory folks at Mazda yesterday. The rollout for the new 6 MMS is now scheduled for December.
