I see the pic with the MAF disconnected.
Depending on thickness of tube @ MAF comparing it to stock, you may need an air straightener. You definitely need a Baffle!

Also you need to unplug the negative terminal of the battery followed by a depression of the brake pedal. Leave it off for 10 minutes. Re-attach negative terminal.
Start car, idle for 10 minutes before driving. Now re-learning will begin with new set-up for at least 50 miles of driving.

Applying the brake pedal helps to assure that all electrical juice is out of the ECU.
You want to re-set the ECU.

Sorry didn't get back sooner, but i was busy making up this: http://markenperformance.com/n-8333-...ustang-gt.html and another one that is hidden for Superchips Jeep Trail Dash (visible Thurs night!).
I customized all the pics with my new Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and inputted it on the web! I included a few links as well.

Ok I have almost everything sort out but you told me something about a solenoid, and the obly thing I see is an air hose that comes from the engine and connects to the intake See pic, so I dont get that, and if this benefits you the Intake is the OEM intake of the car with the KN 3" filter
You have to excuse my retardiness but english is not my first language

I am not familiar with your particular car but giving you a heads up on what to look for.
I have attched some pics from my Mazda 6 so you can see what i'm talking about. It's attached to original stock box and needs to be removed from original stock box (if you have one - it controls an extra intake flapper that open as you stomp on gas pedal) and remain hooked up (other pic). Mine is green.

I discover something my car doesnt use that solenoid I checked the stock air box and it has no solenoid and I dont see a place where it can be connected so I think my model doesnt bring the solenoid from factory probably because mine is a 2000 model and yours is 2006
