Car doesnt start. Sometimes it does, but it cuts off. When turned to on position, fan comes on for two secnds then off then on for 2 seconds then off and i noticed the o/d light flashes and the fan comes back on for 5 seconds then it goes off.

It's been awhile that you posted here.

First let's make sure the battery connections are tip top. Take the cables off and clean the poles and inside surfaces of the connectors. Reconnect and see if it improves. Charging the battery would be a good idea as well.

Second make sure the battery is good. If you get the car to run go to a parts store and ask them to test your battery. If you can't get it to run take the battery out for testing. I just had that done on my minivan and the battery was bad.

They can also test your alternator.

Also check the ground connections to the engine and to the body, check the connections to the alternator and to the starter.
