1993 mazda protege will not run in gear
#2
Hi 7046fred: your description is too vague to tell the problem. Please read the sticky "the unofficial user's guide to the mazda protege." It does not matter which year protege. Check the things that are listed, vacuum leaks, MAF sensor etc. Let's see if you can find some things that are out of order.
Report the things you do and how the car responds.

7046fred:
I really like to help you. But we need to be able to communicate. It does not matter if your English is not perfect, as long as I can figure out what you want to say.
From your first post I can tell that your engine runs when it is cold. It stops when it has warmed up.
Your second post tells me that you changed the MAF sensor. But I don't understand this sentence: "it run while cold not "
I like to know: how many miles or kilometers are on the car.
did you clean the throttle body?
Is the Check Engine Light on or blinking?

Put your old spark plugs back, put your old air filter back in. Make sure everything is plugged in & connected. Double check there are no cracks in the large rubber hose going from your air filter box to the engine.

As grim reaper said: make sure everything is plugged in. Look for every wire harness. Unplug, clean and reconnect it. Look for the connectors to the MAF sensor, HO2 Sensors, Air Temperature Sensor and ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) Sensor.
Did you get a new MAF sensor? Did you throw the original MAF sensor away?
