Ok so a friend read my response and called me laughing at this thread, it appears I am partially mistaken. It seems there is now currently under the NHTSB under safety recalls if you enter your VIN they will show any safety recalls and manufacture TSB related specifically to your VIN.
This seem to have been taken place about 2 years ago involving a lawsuit. That may be changed in the future. It seems there is an appeal entered regarding it because of what considered updates and old information, i.e. Dated material. Also that the TSB are not always current and updated on any website. The website does not advertise this separately because of the misuse of them (like here and other forums) and the disclaimers are still in effect not to publicly post them without following the manufactures copy rights.

To find TSB relating you your VIN and should only be used for your own personal information go to the NHSTA and under safety recall enter your information and VIN.
