Mazda Tribute stereo not working

I have a 2003 Mazda Tribute I remove the radio and when I installed it back it not coming on I check all the fuse all of it is good. I think it need a code can some one help please.

Check inside your glovebox for a white sticker pasted to the side with numbers on it. A lot of manufacturers put the code there. It is done at PDI so may or may not be there.

Search this site for (radio code) There is a lengthy thread on it. That being a Tribute i am not sure if it will apply as that is more Ford than Mazda.
