Hi there guys i wanted to update you with my results.

I remove the EGR valve and clean it from the inside it had a lot of sludge build up i took almost an entire spray can to remove all theh dirt. it wasnt that hard,i also replace the gasket even though thta the old one was in good shape.

I also removed the throttle body and clean everything form the inside relatively quick and easy. i also used a new gasket but the old one still looked fine.

when checking all the hoses i noticed several cracks between the ribs underneath the hose that goes from the air filter to the motor intake. Since i did not find a replacement available i used duct tape to try and cover them.

i proceed it to clear the error codes and voila!!! the light has not come back again and we are talking almost a month now.

That's great news. Do the small things first, because it may just fix it!
