Anyone been able to return Navi for refund?
I am just curious if anyone has been able to return their navigation for a refund or if anyone wants to buy mine. These Navs are complete garbage and useless. I bought this car for my wife so I don't drive the car much but when I do, the navigation drives me to want to yank it out the car and throw it in the garbage. It seems that a lot of stores and addresses I put in can't be found when my other 2 vehicles don't have any problems pulling up. As well, the nav has taken me in a complete different direction in 2 separate occasions.
I wish I could return this thing. I bought the car about 2 months ago and the dealership just blows me off.

Very curious...The interface to the NAV system really sucks. However, I find the routingvery good to the places I need to go in the Northeast.
What revision is your DVD? C with 2006 maps? Rev D is much newer and updated and Rev E reportedly just started shipping.

I feel your pain.... Curious that Mazda seems to be concerend somebody could sue them for an accident while using the NAV but they allow you to type complete phone numbers, go through address books and multiple other feautres... and not counting all the accidents they probably generate with all these absurd "safety" features. Friends laugh at me when they see a Garmin $75 GPS installed in top of my $2500 Mazda GPS screen, which is useless for most purposes. I wonder is somebody has sued for providing a useless Navigation System (which looks great at the dealership, with the car not running).
