After a dead battery issue on my ‘11, I now have the message “Program cannot be read. Please consult to a dealer.” The system is non functional as a result. I’m told to reinsert the SD card. I have looked everywhere and can’t find anywhere for an SD card and the manual makes no mention of it. I’ve also been told to use the map dvd from the glovebox to reboot it. When I insert the dvd, it clicks for a while then ejects it. There is a slot behind the display screen marked for nav map dvd only. This is the one I’m using. I’ve also been told to disconnect the battery negative cable, turn on the headlights and hold the brake for one minute. Then reconnect the cable and it will reboot. I have tried that six or seven times and it still will not reboot. The system worked fine before the battery issue. Has anyone had this issue on a 2011. I have seen a lot of people with the same issue on different years who correct it very easily but none of those things seem to apply to this model. 2011 Touring.
