New guy here - 2024 CX-90 PHEV
Having been a Ford guy for most of my adult life, I had to occasion to research my next vehicle and found the 2024 CX-90 PHEV and was blown away completely. I found one in Artisan Red with White interior. Blown away with this color scheme. The red is utterly gorgeous. I have to say this car ides so very nice and quiet, and provides superb handling, great seats and superb interior. The technology in this is incredible. I love the 26 miles of electric range before the engine kicks in. Most of my trips are all electric as I am retired and do not commute. The gas mileage even with the battery is high 40's to 50's. For such a heavy vehicle this thing is really super effective managing fuel consumption. There is nothing bad I could say about this car. I had never considered Mazda for a high end car but they hit it out of the park with the CX-90 which is clearly competitive with the likes of BMW, Lincoln, Cadillac, Audi, Mercedes. No doubt about that. The buying process was incredibly easy and non confrontational or pushy. I was so impressed with Mazda these days. I'm looking forward to seeing their upcoming 2025 CX-70 (younger brother to the CX-90) which might be my next car when my lease ends in a few years. I've been super impressed with Mazda Service as well.

FYI MPG will not be stable to compare until the engine is broken in which is about 13-15k miles.

Besides you are really entering the laws of physics' and the BS about sustained mpg of speeds over 65mph. The aerodynamics (not to even consider the GVW) of almost all Mazda is against sustained MPG at those speeds.
