2003 Mazda 6 3.0 AT 125k miles

I am not sure how to explain the problem but here goes. Driving down road fine, all the sudden all the lights come on on the dashboard then a few seconds later the gauges start dropping and going to zero and the car jerks. It kinda looks like a voltage issue, like it is loosing power for a second.

This has happened about 6 times, first time maybe a year ago, second time maybe 6 months ago, and now the past couple times I have had it out it has does this.

Any input appreciated.
