Default 2012 Mazda 5 Quality?

Hi all - again apologies if covered in existing thread did do search but couldn't find anything.

Just had my replacement Mazda 5 delivered - preiously had Jan 2009 SPort Sat Nav - which I loved to bits despite the tyre eating issue and the IPOD issue (see my other 3 year rant in previous posts).

I exchanged that for what I hoped would be pretty similar in that I now have a Jan 2012 Sport Sat Nav version. Have to say on intial looks am a little disappointed by the drop in quality. (just for infomraiton it is company car so didn't get to look at before ordering otherwise I would have probably gone for something else).

Intial concerns are just how plastic everything looks now inside. Also notice they have removed the rear parking camera which is a shame, and despite being advertisd in the brochure Mazda refused to upgrade the rather lame looking Tom Tom Sat Nav with the better Pioneer units.

Externally also it just looks "boring"... can't work out why - surely it isn't just the fact the roof bars have gone... or maybe it's the rear light cluster is just like any other car now...

Only plus I have found is it has heated front seats! and yes there is a glimmer of hope I can finally connect an Ipod to the TOm Tom Sat Nav - but may soon have that hope shattered by the boys at Mazda.

Anyone else have any feedback on the 2012 Sport Nav (UK)? Any probelms I should know about? Should I book my regular appointments with Kwik Fit now for tyre changes or is that resolved now?
