On my 07 HB The first time I tried it I held the buttons down and started the car and it didn't work.
SO the second time I just turn the key on but DIDN'T start it and bingo it worked....

does this work w/ the '05 Hatch? I tried it, and nothing seemed to change. I also don't have the Bose system - if that matters.

PS - this is my first post, and I'm just starting out w/ mods - so be nice to the noob.

Does the DIS work at all for '05's? I tried it today on mine to no avail.

I tried the timing mod today and after the computer figured it out it did seem to improve throttle response. That in conjunction with the CAI I finally got to install seem to have added a little life to a lowly N/A 2.0

i just got an 08 mazda 3 5 door. i tried to do the millage computer activation 3 different times and it will not work. i have the 00 button next to the clock button not a set button. it is a late 08 with a few of the '09 trim options so maybe they made it so you cant do the mod????? it came with an mp3 6 disk changer and a few other small things like white needles and some different trim as well as a different antenna. love the car but would be happy to have the millage computer.....any suggestions?

thanks
