Question SkyactiveG-150 jumpy ride, hard to shift

Hello everyone,
I am looking for someone with experience with SkyactiveG-150 in Mazda3 sedan (2022). I need an opinion or a consultancy. I know that Mazda ofic. dealer will know the best but I would like to prepare before I go there. I have scheduled a visit in 1 month so you can imagine that it bothers me.

I recently bought Mazda3 skyactiveG with 150hp (2022) for European market, I am from Czech and car was manufactured in Belgium (I think). It is "almost" a new car. 1 year old with 8500 KM on it. I love that car but the smoothness of the ride really bothers me.

Firs thing: I noticed that sometimes it is hard to shift from 1 > 2 gear. This happens only sometimes. Sometimes it is smooth, sometimes I feel like there is a "block". Yes I am pressing the clutch all the way down. I am not using a force to put that so i rather put neutral and then > 2. It happens also with other speeds. When I tried to shift 5th speed with engine off and clutch down there was a complete "block", had to put neutral and try it again. It is worse with running engine on a road.

Second thing: Also slowing down with an engine is not smooth. If I change 2 > 3 and accelerate a bit up to 40 KM/H. or changing into 1 > 2 accelerate up to 20-30 KM/H - then releasing acceleration stutters the car (don't know the correct term) BUT - 2 times (Feel like in hip hop music video from 2001). I am aware when engine is slowing down the car there might be a little of stutter, every car does that but mine jumps two times. When I repeat the procedure but now without changing gears and just accelerating back and releasing the accelerator the same way - normal behaviour, car slows down a little stutter happens but only one. The same as any other car we have.
If I change the gear and do that again - double stutter.
To me it seems like something is off when I change the gears and it aligns with that double stutter? Once I change the gear > speed up and releasing acceleration > double again. No gear changes - speed up and releasing acceleration > one stutter.

Does it seem there might be a problem with transmission system of the car? Hard to shift, double stuttering ...etc

I will be glad for any opinion or your experience.

Thank you!
