Mazda has got to have the worst customer service I ever experienced (runner-up: Sprint Wireless). After my experience, I have to say that the sales division at Hayward Mazda is horrendous (incompetent, inefficient - bring a book - and a little dishonest). If you can help it, IMHO, DO NOT BUY A CAR at Hayward Mazda. On the other side, the service department is great (Rex and Jose are the service managers and the two mechanics I talked to were both smart, friendly, and competent). I really like the service department but because of the crap I had to go through with sales and the ahole GM, I can't recommend the dealership.
