I got $400 off sticker ($200 from scratches, $200 from trade in to knock taxes down a tiny bit). I went through the dealership for financing, extended warranty, GAP insurance. 3 weeks later I re-financed the car with the SAME company that the dealership set me up with for 2.5% lower APR, 1 year cut off, cheaper GAP and extended warranty and kept the same monthly payment. The Credit Union saved me like $5000 in the long run.

Shop around for credit unions, shop around to different dealerships if you have the ability.

If they are the only dealership for a distance that carries the MS3 then you more than likely aren't going to get a lot below sticker. Deals on this car are somewhat hard to get. Best I have heard is $1000 off sticker as of right now.

Best of luck, and stay light on your right foot or else you will see blue and red.

I went into the credit union to fight $70 and I saw a better rate, talked to the guy and he said...I don't know why the dealer said 8.9% but we will bring you down...oh and GAP and extended...lets bring those down too. The gap went from $400 to $260, warranty went from $1200 (mazda) to $480 (mechanical breakdown coverage).
