Default Poor Idle Speed, Stall, Shaking,Need Help

Hi guys, I have a 2001 protege 2.0L; I changed the timing belt and water pump about 2 months ago, the car has 68000 miles on it. Recently (about 2 weeks ago) the car starts having poor idle speed. Usually the idle speed was around 900 RPM. But now when the car is warmed up the idle speed is about 800 and when i put the car in D or R the idle speed goes down around 500 or 600 and comes back on to 700 and at 700 RPM the car is shaking. When I begin to drive the car acts like it does not have any power (shaking a lot). I have the same problem whenever I am stopping like red lights. Other than during take off the engine runns good. The engine check light is off so I dont know how can I find the reason of this problem or fix it? I would really appreciate your help.

it sounds like a sensor to me. probably an O2 sensor. these don't always trigger the check engine light so just take it down to your local auto parts store and see if they can run a test on it. Autozone does these kinds of tests and i'm sure there are a few more who also do them
