Hi,

Wondering if anyone else had this issue when trying to program new remotes. I ordered two remotes and followed the instructions below. Ran into an issue in the steps explained below.

[size=16px]Step 1: Open driver side door and leave open.[/size]

[size=16px]Step 2: Lock and Unlock the drivers door using the power door lock switch on the door[/size]

[size=16px]Step 3: Insert key into the ignition.[/size]

[size=16px]Step 4: Turn Key to ON position and return to Lock (off) position. Do this 3 times within 10 seconds. LEAVE key in the ignition in Lock (off) position.[/size]

[size=16px]Step 5: Close and open the drivers door 3 times. Leave door open after this step.

This step 5. I close and open 3 times but the ECU doesn't respond until I close the driver door. Once closed, it locks and unlocks twice. If I leave the door open nothing happens. [/size]


[size=16px]Step 6: ECU should respond by locking and unlocking the doors once.[/size]
