Since they tuned it up and serviced the trans i would have to say the suck.

The one who did the cat arent the shop who serviced it.

You don't replace a t-belt, tune an engine and service a trans and walk away from a customer that still has a problem. You diagnose the problem and call them with an estimate before you release the car.

Yup. The shop that did all the recent work said they will look at it for free.

My secondary cat converter is clogged. YaY!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm guessing that one doesn't have sensors before or after it as didn't see a cel code.
