Default Cruise control module help

HELP!!! I need to replace my cruise control module, Mazda part BC1F66320G. Part for a 1996 Protege ES, 1.8l automatic.I have called every boneyard showing one in the US on car-part.com, and no one has one available. The part is on permanent back order through Mazda, and the company that made it, Naldec, has been swallowed up by Visteon, who won't even help me with a drawing so I can troubleshoot it. The Module is sending 12 volts to the vacuum pump when it supposed to be sending 9 volts. Can anyone help me find a module. I must have a module out of 1.8L 95-98 protege. It will be in the right side kick panel, on a bracket above the door lock relay, affixed to the side of the car with a 10 mm gold nut, right next to the fan unit. The boneyard computers say a module from a 1998 1.5L will work, but there is no separate module on a 97-98 1.5l.
