Smile Cranks but won't start - 2003 Protege 4cyl

Had my radiator spring a leak while driving, and the leak was just below the fill cap, and water got on the engine.

Replaced the radiator, but now the car will not start. Cranks okay, but will not start.

This car does not have a schraeder valve on the fuel rail, so how do I check the fuel pressure ? Also, it seems to have spark, as when I put my timing light on the spark plug wires the timing light flashes.

Has anyone got some common sense on how I can troubleshoot this ?

HELP !!!1

Did the ignition parts get wet? Is there coolant down in he spark plug tubes? pull the coils an wires but leave the plugs in. Use rags and strong paper towels/ shop towels to dry the bottom of the plug tubes. Also dry the ignition parts you took off. Then put it back together and give it a try.
