If you have not replaced the distributor cap and rotor in a long time, I would start there as this is a maintenance item along with the spark plugs. The coil is inside the distributor under the rotor if it needs replacing.

 

Hey who knows whear i can find another front bumper like this? I saw it on ebay like a month a go and i forgot what it was called.
