93 MX-3 engine codes
#11
15 LHO2S (Left Hand OxygenSensor) inactivation error
17 LHO2S inversion error
23 RHO2S inactivation error
24 RHO2S inversion error
Allthough the codes do point to o2 sensors I don't think this is your problem. The likelyhood of both going bad at the same time is highly unlikely.
Codes 15 and 23 tell you the sensors are bad or disconnected (sending no code to ECU), 17 and 24 tell you its getting the wrong signal from the O2 sensor (which means either the sensor is going bad OR you have a fuel/air mixture problem) which could be related to a tank of bad gas/ injectors clogged or going bad, or intake leak (vacuum). I would take the sensors out if you can without breaking them, clean the ends off real good, put it back in, clear the codes and see if it repops. If it does, dive into why. If it does not, blame the gas.

I've been in the middle of a move so I haven't been able to work on it. The car is actually in another state right now. I don't think it's the gas because I've gone through numerous tanks since the original post. From FL to VA straight through. Sometimes the car runs great, then other times it runs rough with the check engine light coming and going. I'll cut the car off and wait a minute and start it again and it'll be fine. It does smell like gas though sometimes. Do you think engine cleaner would clean the injectors enough, so that I don't have to take anything apart?

Where exactly do you smell the gas, tailpipe? Under the hood?
If you smell it at the tailpipe the injector cleaner is worth a try. All you could loose is less than $10.
If it is under the hood you need to find the leak.
What is the code that causes the CEL?

I smell the gas while driving, think its under the hood, and I only really smell it when the tank is low or on E. I still haven't been able to work it. Its still in another state. I'm hoping to get it within the month.

Check the fuel lines under the hood. Check the fuel pressure (borrow a tool from the parts store). check the fuelpressure regulator and the vacuumline to it. inspect/check the EVAP system.
If you are not sure how to do these checks go to youtube's EricTheCarGuy and Briansmobile and others. Those clips are worth a million words.
