02 Millennia will need a supercharger right away..
Hey everyone!
I have a 2002 Millenia with the 2.3 Supercharger (SC) and guess what? There is a rapid rattling (metal to metal?) coming from the top/along the top/inside of the SC when it’s running (at idle and hard acceleration, but goes away/way less noticeable when cruising) along with a hissing noise coming from that thick rubber gasket (about 1” thick?) section that separates the SC from the intake manifold. I’m thinking that both the supercharger and that rubber gasket should be replaced, but I’d like your thoughts on what to look for in a good used SC and who would have a good used one available for sale.
