Some times, Car does NOT starts/ engine ignition doesn't start.

Some times, Car does NOT starts/ engine ignition doesn't start.
Mazda CX9 2016, AWD, (280,000 Kms Run), Key less Start. (replaced the battery with new, last month. )
Some times, Car does NOT starts/ engine ignition doesn't start.
when the start key rotates, all the panel lights gets ON. But ignition could NOT start.
Then keep trying multiple time, and randomly starts at some trials. typically take 5-10 Minutes delay.
Issue happens occasionally ONLY.
when we put the gear in Neutral gear & press brake & start , engine gets started immediately.
Kindy advise the probable causes, and feasible remedy.

The first thing is to use a diagnostic scanner and check for any DTC's.
With the language challenge and it is likely I think you are using a translator it will be difficult to help you. At least for me!
(280,000 Kms Run), is a lot of miles so there simply could be several parts, sensors and other systems worn out.
I need more clarity on what you discibe as not starting?
