I just recently bought a 2013 CX-9. When I unlock the car using the button on the handle, it will occasionally make the driver seat lay back fully. Is this an auto unlock feature? I looked through the manual but was unable to find anything.

Are you sure the key is not coded to the seat memory? Set the seat to where you want it and press Unlock on the key. If you here a beep then the seat has been associated with the key. Not familiar with the 2013 but on the newer models this is the way it works.
