Make sure your battery ground connection is clean and tight. Disconnect it and clean the inside of the terminal.
I'm going on almost 3 years of trouble free driving since doing that after having these exact same symptoms. I also simply disconnected and reconnected the ECM connectors to verify they were clean and tight.
