Hi all,

Just a quick question. I've had some trouble with my OEM stereo in my 07 CX-7 Classic playing up, so I decided to go for an nice double-din after market unit that will give me Bluetooth, USB, iPod,Smart Phone connectivity and a range of modern features. To complete the install I have picked up all necessary items;

- An adapter to connect the new stereo to the original harness.
- Another adapter to use the steering wheel controls.
- Antenna adapter.
- Fascia kit.
- The stereo

Anyway, I wondering today what would come of the digital display on the centre dash. Is there a way to set the clock and also view the fuel economy/remaining display in the future or will this simply be dead once I shift out the original unit.

While the new head unit will have a clock, and i can live without the fuel economy gauge, it's having a clock that's out of whack all the time will probably get to me.
