I assumed that the car was locked and parked with no occupants inside.

Just ribbing you.
I would also point out too many people assume there are no occupants in a car, and several babies and multiple dogs in the USA this past week, all victims of that assumption.
The USA and the Netherlands are tied with an average IQ of 99.7 and there are 34 countries with higher IQ's (China is 107)
