Default Kudos to great dealerships

Many dealerships get a bad rap and I just want to point out my local (relatively speaking) dealer has always been top notch.
Took it today for 35K full service: oil, filters, brakes, tire rotation etc. also expecting brake pads would need replacing.
They gave me the actual measured thickness and they were at 50% so none needed yet.
They also emailed me a video of the underneath of the vehicle and the actual disc inspection.
All done for $88.09 while I sat in the waiting area drinking their coffee.

Nice post about a positive experience at a Mazda dealership

You should definitely post the dealerships name!
In my area the to go to Mazda is:
Mazda Dealer Sacramento CA New & Used Cars for Sale near Roseville CA - Maita Mazda

Agreed! Why not give a shout out so folks see it in print! I think my dealer does a good jab too. Just had my 20k oil service/tire rotation, and they too sent a video of the car on a lift having the brakes checked. Said the same thing (8mm front and rear). Mall of Georgia Mazda in Buford, GA is my go to dealer.

My dealership, Byers Mazda of Columbus (Ohio) is great so far also. Took our CPO CX-5 in for its first service since we bought it and was met at the service entrance at which time the guy signing me in ran a software update check on it and said it was up to date. After the oil change, tire rotation and inspection was done I was on my way. When I got home I had an email from the dealership with a video of the work the technician did that day. Pretty cool!

Back home in the garage after her first service.

It is always good to hear about positive experiences. I have yet to take mine in for service, and I hope that experience will be good as well.
