Here, even the control panel at a nuclear power plant must fall short, think if the man has time to also look out of the windshield.

My 86 4Runner had an altimeter and my 2014 Grand Cherokee computes it through the GPS and I have found both of them to be interesting to watch when crossing over the Rockies on back roads.

Clearly the OP has never seen the cockpit of a Boeing 777, an F-22 or even a 1950s-designed C-130. Perhaps he would enjoy the cockpit of a Piper Cub better.

Our 1956 Cessna 182 had more gauges than that, but some of them were dedicated to navigation.
