Default Commanded Evaporative Purge constantly 27-30% in idle

Hello guys , I am new on this forum.
I'm driving mazda cx 5 2021 2.5l gas Naturally aspirated Currently 130 000 kms
Reason why I writing you cause garages in my city telling that nothing happened with my car.

Short story:
1. installed spark plugs from 2nd try - drove 100 km with 18l/100km.
2. drove whole tank on sport mode with royal purple direct injector cleaner.
3. Cleaned upstream o2 sensor - crush washer was already damaged, it took me another 1000km to figure that out.
4. Installed new o2 sensor, spent another 2 thousand to install it properly.

Issue: 1. Commanded Evaporative purge constantly open on idle for 30%, so fuel consumption is horrible while idle-ing.
2. Rough idle (550-600rpm on D)
3. amount of kilometers in tank shows wrong - Full tank usually enough for 400-520 km but shows 720-780
4. Strong smell of gas when starting a car( feels like it's underneath

Notes: after stop moving - engine runs on 900-1000 for 1-2 seconds after fell to 550-600.
purge isn't stuck.
when disconnected purge valve check engine light did not appear.

Right now I thinking that only option to replace evap canister (charcoal canister ) but looking for other options as canister 550 CAD.

Appreciate for any help,

Maybe give some baseline info such as the year and engine of your car? Mileage?
