I have a parasite draw. So, following instructions from Youtube. I opened all the doors and the hatch, then "closed" them by pushing on the latch. When done the doors unlatched no problem. But the hatch is locked in position and I cannot close the hatch. The lid just bounces when I try to close it. I've tried pushing and pulling on it, and it does not move. Any ideas?
