Hatch will not unlock

Hatch will not unlock
Have tried everything but the rear hatch will not unlock. All other doors work. I can feel it click when I hit the unlock button but, it will not release. Help..

Most likely the lock solenoid is dying.
Is there a key barrel in the hatch?
Otherwise there is a emergency release inside the hatch, you will need to read your owner's manual for details.
