2007 626 has spark, compression, fuel, but no start

2007 626 has spark, compression, fuel, but no start
Driving home within 2 miles of my house, engine stopped running. Coasted to a stop and attempted restart to no avail.
Changed spark plugs and wires. (Still no start)
a. Pulled each spark plug out and watched each of the four plugs sparking fine.
(the plugs are wet with fuel as I removed them)
b. Checked each cylinder with compression tester finding 180, 180, 150 and 190 lb/in^2.
c. Checked each fuel injector with ignition switch on finding power to one of the two plugs ineach injector.
d. Fuel line to fuel rail disconnected to verify that it is getting gas when car is turned on, It does. (I did not test for pressure)

test for pressure and check the regulator. you can check the regulator by pinching the return line and seeing if you can get the car to start.
