I'm currently (about 3 days) away from buying a 1995 Mazda Millenia. The car is in wonderful condition, inside and out. The problem is the engine got swapped for a running on in a different Mazda Millenia, and now it won't turn over. I'm assured compression is there, Spark and power works, along with fuel being pumped. Is there anyway to know for sure what the problem is? Or, at least try to pinpoint it? I'm happy to change and fix things, but I can't afford to buy a lemon. All help appreciated (:

 

i would pass. not running, you dont know what other problems there are. the 95/96 have several different parts from the later cars.
