Hey Jake!! Welcome to our lil' slice of automotive heaven.
I'm guessin' that y'all from Texas w/that accent? Where at?
160K. WhadUhavinmind?
If performance is your goal, you may have to fabricate some stuff on your own using some universal pieces. According to a Tech Correspondence question I once read in R&T mag, the V6 was considered a mom 'n' pop engine for the family sedan, based on the Ford V6of it's time. There weren't many performance parts made for it even back in '98.
Basic maintainence questions we can probably help you out with though.
