I was in my 2.3 liter 5 spd. stopped at a red light ,and wen I went to shift from 1st to 2nd. I felt something break ,but it went on into gear but when I let off the clutch to go it was in neutral still I tried shifting to other gears but still no movement. I've changed the linkage, but that didn't work. I can shift to any gear. Truck won't budge.

 

Sounds like the clutch has failed.
