I removed the deflector myself. It was sooooo easy and intuitive. Just put a 10mm wrench on the nut underneath the deflector, and then loosen the bolt from the top, with a phillips head screwdriver. With the nut and bolt removed, lift off the deflector, and pick up the two clips that will now have fallen into the sunroof frame/tray. That's it! I did this while sitting inside the car, with the glass roof open. Cheers,
