Any pics of a 2006 MS6 w/ hood deflector or moonroof deflector?

Default Any pics of a 2006 MS6 w/ hood deflector or moonroof deflector?

Greetings,

I am in the very late stages of purchasing a 2006 Mazda 6 5-door (Canada) and am wondering if anyone has any opinions on the Mazda provided hood deflector and moonroof wind deflector options on that car.... functionality notwithstanding I have my doubts on whether either option will add to the aesthetics on the car and would really like to see any pics that may be out there that show a 2006 Mazda 6 with either (ideally both) options added. Is anyone aware of any owner pics that may show these features?

TIA

The deflectors will ruin the good looks of the car and that's why you don't see them too often.
I know because I am driving what you'll be buying. So save youself a few hundred dollars and keep the good looks intact.

that's what I was sort of figuring.... I'm driving a Civic SI now that has both; seemed to be that those types of deflector kits are more common on smaller vehicles but I was having issues picturing a nose deflector on a larger car like a 6. The moonroof deflector I thought might be ok but it would cut into the lines of the car on the roof end for sure, wasn't sure on how useful it was for actually cutting out wind noise. I think I saw one post from someone who was doing a mod on his 6 to readjust the angle or mounting of the roof deflector; pics were posted that showed the mods needed but no full profile shots to show how the car looked with it on.

Your dealer would probably let you just put, not install, the deflectors on before you buy them.
Moonroof deflector will reduce the rush of air into the car, but it is noisy at highway speed whether the roof is open or not. Take out the Civic's deflectors and listen to the difference.
All deflectors screw up the aerodynamics of a car that the manufacturer has spent miillions in a wind tunnel to produce the clean and good looks
