I was regularly getting false LASER alarms from my Passport when activating a switch (window control, turn signal, accelerating), so I assumed it was some kid of electrical interference issue. Mazda and Escort both said they have no history of this issue. A couple of months ago I lost a coil, replaced it, and lo and behold the false alarms stopped. They just started again yesterday. Worried another coil may be going. Any advice?
