you wont have any problems with water just dont drive in any lakes lol. i would also recommend the cp-e intake..

 

i've had every intake imaginable and would regualrly just open my hood and spray the crap out of everything. i removed the front vent and dont' run the underpan on my car. there has never been any issues with water on my car ...ever. as Daishi said, just stay away from huge lake like puddles and you'll be fine.
