Default nitrous

i got a nitrous setup for really cheap and i was wondering how much the stock mazda 4cyl engine would handle without too much damaga.

i know if it is tuned right it shouldnt be a problem and i was only thinking of running a small 25-50 shot

but i wanted to ask around a bit and see what you have had experience with

what type of system do you have. dry, wet or fogger? I am guessing you probly have a dry set up. if you do decide you want to run nitrous I would think you should be able to run atleast a 50 shot no problem. just to be safe you might want to find a way to raise your fuel pressure, so you can dump more fuel into them cylinder to lower the cylinder temperature, and prevent detination. I would be careful, read up on it before doing anything major becuase it can cause serioius damage if not used right.

there are a couple guys over on 6club that have been running it for quite some time now, one for almost 2 years i think actually. both i believe are on wet kits now, but one of them for sure started with a cheap setup and then switched over. i think 50-75 shots have been standard.
