Mazda 6 Swaying on Highway
Hello all,
I have a question regarding my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring. I bought this car used (use to be a rental). It had no accidents but did at one point have damage to the rear according to the car fax. This car it pretty much spotless and the interior is perfect. It doesn't seem to have been abused at all but then again it was a rental. There isn't one complaint I have with anything regarding the car except when it comes to driving on the highway.
The car sways. Not dramatically but way more than I would like. I can literally not move the wheel and the car wants to go left or right. It doesn't always want to move one direction or the other. It's both. Doesn't have any knocking and the wheel doesn't seem loose. I can let go of the wheel and the car doesn't move in one direction or the other either. In essence it's like the car is steering for me and I hate it. I have to correct the wheel for something I never told the car to do in the first place.
Does anyone know why this is or have any suggestions as to what I can do to fix the issue?

You quoted the answer you are looking for. Have the car professionally looked at; there is nothing any of us can do over the internet.
