Ok. So the Mazda dealer looked at the car and told me it has very bad camshaft wear and the manifold has carbon build up.
But, he gave me a report on the car and the dealer I bought it from has offered to give me my money back. (Had a three month warranty)
So of course I have taken him up on his offer.

Its unfortunate you had to give it up, but you are lucky in another way.

The 2.5 petrol model is fantastic to drive and virtually bulletproof.

 

Yes at least I can give it back and not have to worry about it.

I’m sure it is but we don’t generally see those on this side of the world. Diesel is the cheaper fuel here so no one buys large petrol cars and I do lots of motorway driving.
