Default Loss of power at low RPMs

I have a 2014 Mazda 6 2.2 diesel. So far I had no problem with it. Suddenly it lost power at low rpms, especially between 1500-2200 rpm. When I throttle there is a lag in acceleration, but above these rpms, everything is fine.
All filters were changed, the fuel system was cleaned, but nothing changed. No error codes present.
There are no abnormal sounds coming from the hood, no smoke from the exhaust, and fuel consumption also remained the same.
Can anyone help me in the diagnosis of the problem?
TIA

Hello,
Try to clean MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner.

Braty, have you hooked up a diagnostic tool to check for fault codes?

Same problem on my 2018 mazda6. Very random like every 5 months or so. And when i try to get the codes it reports no codes and then the check engine light goes out and it runs fine. Just had an oil change and torques tightened which i was hoping would make it so it didn’t happen again but it did. Almost tempted to get a new battery. The one i got is only a couple years old. Also got rear ended a few years ago and was thinking some sensors or wiring got raddled loose. Love my silver 2018 Mazda6 but this issue is a bugger.

Will ask my Sunoco tech to test or clean the MAF mass air flow sensor. That sounds like a good idea. I was thinking it was an electrical faulty wiring issue but its happened 5-6 times over the past 9 months and always when driving at low speed (under 30 miles/hour). Will take any other tips to check out if anyone has any other hot tips. THANKS! Rich

Common problem is for the wastegate valve/disc to brake off.

You can by non genuine parts to fix it. Mazda's only parts option is a new turbo.
