Installing 19" sport alloys on SE-L Nav

Hey, I have a 2017 Mazda 6 SE-L Nav and I am wondering if I can install the 19" sport trim alloys. Its currently got 17" alloys on as standard but I prefer the look of the 19s. Just wondering if anyone has done this and their results.
