Default Grrrrr Please Help - I want my wheels back!

Hi Guys hoping you can help. My Mazda 6 Estate that I was very fond of was recently written off after being hit at 50 in the rear

I intend to replace the car with a model that is exactly the same.... however it had very particular wheels, they were grey and not the standard silver. I have been trying to find some replacements online to no avail anyone got any ideas where I can get some please. I really liked them

Yes, I agree. They were either painted or powder coated OE wheels.

Default Thanks Guys!

Is there any obvious way that I can tell whether they were powder coated or painted. Surely painting isn't very durable?

You might try taking some medium drying lacquer thinner to an unseen area, like behind or inside if you can remove a tire and gently rubbing it. Powder should not come off on the rag, but paint almost certainly will.
