haha sorry sin6racer, yeah i'd have to admit i love it here... i think we should be hitting 70 degrees today in huntington beach, ca. but then again i grew up here all my life. so, just like almost everyone else who was born and raised in a certain area, theywould love their area too.

anyway, crazy man! you get 450 a tank??? well damn. i feel like i'm not getting the mileage i should be getting then. i have a 2.3L ATXso i figured against your 2.3L MTX i should at least get 420-ish on a tank wouldnt you agree??? hmmmm... i do admit i've only filled up two or three timeson my car since i purchased it so maybe i'll need more time to see how much i really can get from a full tank. i got370 on my 2nd tank i ever filled up and itwas after a weekend of drivingup tobig bear mountain to go boarding then drove it all week to work and back and didnt have to fill it back up till saturday a week later. still not that bad considering that the trip to big bear mtn isup hill for a 9000 ft elevation climb.

Yeah, it's in the 80's-90's here, we had almost 100' a couple weeks ago. That's a little too warm for my blood, I'd be happy with a high of 75. It feels like it's getting decently cool at night 45(?) cuz the ride home on the bike is very cold. But hey, it's warm enough to ride it and it's not wet (so much for the wettest months of the year). We're like 10 inches in rainfall behind last year for march gonna be a bad fire season this year I thik. Gas is still up there. I love the bike, I have to tell you. 120 mi or so per fill up and I'll put in between 2.5-3.25 gallons. I love it. Except why is it that people in suv's and big trucks always wanna race the guy on the 350lb 105hp 2 wheeler? Is it ***** evny? I mean come on! Seriously, they can't think they have a chance unless the just run me over. (I think they are jealous because their wife/girlfriend always likes to stare at the guy on the bike). Anywhoo, It's kinda nice weather, but I wish this is the warmest it would get. Any predictions for the highest price for gas this year? I'm sayin about $4/gal. (And I don't mean like jethrowes gas station in bodunk, middle of no where. I mean like shell/mobil/chevron etc.)

I'm getting around $2.49 now and it's been going up pretty regularly in Central Jersey. Why is it that summer gas gives you better mpg? I track my tank every fillup and have determined, even down to the brand of gas, who gives me the most mpg, but recently anywhere I go I'm starting to see a 1-2mpg increase as opposed to the winter when I was getting 19.4-19.8mpg (and that's highway, guess I shouldn't have opted for the V6), now I'm getting back to my friendlier 22.4-23.2 mpg usual.

Supposedly there's supposed to be some fuel antifreeze/water remover kinda like ISO Heet in the winter fuel, and that would dilute the fuel and cause less mileage, but I don't know if I buy it. I usually only go with Shell, Mobil or Chevron, but chevron gives me the worst mileage of the 3 (course, it's prolly just my right foot).
